Suman Thomas CPA
Suman has over 20 years of experience in providing wide range of public accounting services, including tax, accounting, and audit. He has enjoyed client relationships and his growth is attributed to the trust and confidence his clients have placed in him. His vast experience and goal-oriented approach creates a positive difference in the clients’ success.
In his role as a tax advisor, he applies a range of effective strategies for both business entities and individuals. He has assisted clients with tax compliance issues such as IRS Audits, Tax Liens/levies, and State audits.
He has provided valuation services and has helped small and medium business in mergers and acquisitions. Business succession and transition planning is another area of deep technical knowledge.
Industries of focus include real estate, retail, information technology, construction, professional services etc. His international work experience from Middle East and India equips him with the skill set for a global business environment.
Besides being a seasoned entrepreneur, he is also actively involved in the community through nonprofit organizations and his church. He holds an MBA and is also a member of the Texas Society of CPAs.
